Our customer – SEB.</p> <p><strong>SEB Shared Service Center in Lithuania is growing.</strong></p> <p>SEB is a North European financial group for 400,000 corporate customers and institutions and 5 million private individual customers. SEB Shared Service Center (legal name “Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB”, Vilnius Branch) is a company within the SEB Group located in Vilnius, Lithuania executing high quality operations, IT, HR and finance services for the SEB Group companies operating in 20 countries. Currently, we have a team of 300 professionals and we are expanding SEB Shared Service Center and looking for:</p> <p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Order and Incident handling SIEM / Log management Infrastructure related tasks</li> <li>Daily maintenance on components and products within the log management area</li> <li>Planning, prioritizing, and handling of multiple tasks in an efficient way</li> <li>Advanced Troubleshooting and support skills</li> <li>Working with Orders, Incident & Problem Management according to ITIL processes</li> <li>Interaction with customer and 2nd level support to fulfill Operational tasks, Orders and Incidents as well as Maintenance activities (patching, upgrades etc.)</li> <li>Follow daily operational routines within the department responsibility area, e.g. daily system health checks, first level of incident, problem and capacity management.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Practical experience working with SIEM/Log management tasks (Experience of Q1Labs or Juniper STRM products meritorious)</li> <li>Able to multi-task and manage changing priorities to meet demands of internal and external customers</li> <li>Understanding for the importance of prompt and correct service with the customer in focus</li> <li>High integrity and respect for our customers and colleagues</li> <li>Ability to work well both in a team and independently to meet team targets</li> <li>Ability to prioritize and work under pressure</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Friendly, professional  team of people to work with in an international environment;</li> <li>Work in stable organization with high business standards and ethical values;</li> <li>Social guarantees;</li> <li>Training, support, coaching;</li> <li>Opportunity for professional growth;</li> <li>A company that genuinely cares about you;</li> <li>Competitive remuneration package.</li> </ul> <p style="margin-left:.5in"> </p> <p>If you are interested, please send us your CV in English until <strong>31st of May </strong>to: <a href="mailto:gk@afr.lt">gk@afr.lt</a>.</p> <p>Only selected applicants will be informed.
