<p>"Alliance for Recruitment" is providing recruitment and headhunting services for businesses.<br /> Our customer – Danske Bank is the largest bank in Denmark and one of the leading financial enterprises in Northern Europe. The Danske Bank Group has around 5 million personal customers and holds a significant share of the business, institutional and public-sector segments. At this moment the bank is planning to expand and open a new service center in Vilnius and is looking for LEAN Consultant.</p> <p>Job description:<br /> <br /> A key priority for Danske Bank is the implementation of a LEAN culture across the Group, with the aim of increasing productivity, reducing processing error rates and ultimately enhancing the service provided to our customers. The LEAN Consultant will act as a Coach to Operation Managers in respect of LEAN tools and techniques.<br /> The main job purpose is to design, implement and manage projects within Group Services Lithuania (GSL) utilising LEAN disciplines and principles to optimise processes, procedures, systems, reporting and operation management for the GSL operation. All with the purpose of identifying opportunities for improved customer service, reduced lead times, cost savings and other efficiencies.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities:<br /> <br /> • Execution (and management) of functional LEAN projects, establishment of company standard operation planning and control procedures as well as identification of and realization of optimisation potentials.<br /> • Designing and implementing operational management principles, tools and techniques, and educating line management in their effective use, in order to improve the ongoing performance and effectiveness of operational management.<br /> • Running various LEAN training workshops. Participants of these workshops will include employees, Operational Managers and Senior Managers.<br /> • Leading business unit resources in and personally undertaking identification of current opportunities within business areas, problems and areas for performance improvement.<br /> • Communication to project stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues. This will include facilitating training sessions, leading solution workshops (Blitz’s) and chairing steering committees.<br /> • Ensuring full compliance with all Danske Group standards, policies, processes and procedures and with all external legal, regulatory and voluntary code obligations, thus enabling the customer to be provided with a high quality, professional and compliant service.<br /> <br /> <br /> Requirements:<br /> <br /> · University Diploma in Financial Services, Economics or Business management;<br /> · LEAN and/or operations management – preferably from service administration;<br /> · Proven experience of successfully managing and delivering projects, including writing business cases and undertaking risk assessments;<br /> · Knowledge of business analysis methods;<br /> · Experience of consulting, negotiating and influencing others at all levels;<br /> · Experience of coaching and mentoring others;<br /> · Fluent English both in speaking and writing;<br /> · Excellent PC Skills – MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Lotus Notes;<br /> · Creative and innovative approach to problem solving;<br /> · Ability to analyse situations and complex data and demonstrate sound judgement and decision making;<br /> · Excellent verbal & written communication skills<br /> · Ability to lead teams in ways which engage others, gain commitment and focus energies on achieving goals<br /> · Experience of Lean/continuous improvement tools and techniques (would be considered as advantage)<br /> <br /> Advantages:<br /> <br /> • University Diploma in Financial Services;<br /> • Experience of Lean/continuous improvement tools and techniques.</p> <p> </p> <br /><br />Daugiau informacijos: <br /><a href='http://www.cvonline.lt/job-ad/alliance-recruitment-uab/lean-consultant-d409173.html?plain=1' target='_black' rel='nofollow'>http://www.cvonline.lt/job-ad/alliance-recruitment-uab/lean-consultant-d409173.html?plain=1</a>
