<p>"Alliance for Recruitment" is providing recruitment and headhunting services for businesses. Our customer – a company working in the field of energy, based in Klaipeda.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>FINANCIAL CONTROLLER/IFRS COMPLIANCE OFFICIER</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job description:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Directs and controls the recording of Company transactions in accordance with IFRS and Company policies.</li> <li>Manages and directs the accounting judgments for all complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt refinance, restructuring, asset impairments, period end estimations of provisions, etc.</li> <li>Work closely with accounting personnel and management to ensure all transactions are properly recorded in accordance with IFRS.</li> <li>Supports the development and implementation of new accounting standards and policies</li> <li>Work in indentifying, solving and documenting significant accounting issues under IFRS.</li> <li>Work with Financial Reporting Team as needed in the preparation of financial reports including the monthly financial statements, quarterly reports and annual reports to shareholders and audit.</li> <li>Partner with Group finance managers to accomplish timely and efficient statutory filings</li> <li>Acts as point of contact for external auditors.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree, preferably accounting, economics, business administration</li> <li>Similar work experience (BIG 4 experience a- an advantage)</li> <li>Excellent computer skills</li> <li>Effective communication in English language (knowledge of Polish – an advantage)</li> <li>Ability to work in Klaipeda region</li> </ul> <p> </p> <br /><br />Daugiau informacijos: <br /><a href='http://www.cvonline.lt/darbo-skelbimas/alliance-recruitment-uab/financial-controller-ifrs-compliance-officier-d408595.html?plain=1' target='_black' rel='nofollow'>http://www.cvonline.lt/darbo-skelbimas/alliance-recruitment-uab/financial-controller-ifrs-compliance-officier-d408595.html?plain=1</a>
