The tasks are varied and challenging in a complex cross-platform environment.</p><p>Daily tasks will amongst others be:</p><ul> <li>Manage team of 2-5 employees working mainly with Google apps related activities</li> <li>Manage projects to migrate customer from existing solutions to Google cloud services</li> <li>Follow up team and project organizations in daily work</li> <li>Develop Competence plan for team members in cooperation with Department Manager</li> <li>Create and maintain tight coordination within the team and cooperation with other teams and in Visma</li> <li>Maintaining technologies watch, and make proposal to Department Manager on improvement of work tools and work method</li> <li>Contribute to team objectives and related team metrics. These metrics will measure performance at team level</li> <li>Developing employee skills and encouraging knowledge sharing within the team and across Visma organizational borders</li> <li>Help customers to implement Google related services in their organizations</li> <li>Do operational tasks for users and organizations (Visma customers) that are migrated to Google cloud</li> <li>Contribute in projects as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience with Google cloud operations or similar</li> <li>Eager to learn and passion for cloud based services</li> <li>Experience from large multinational companies</li> <li>Experience with ITIL-based processes; e.g. change management, incident management and problem management</li> <li>Full Professional Proficiency - English</li></ul><p><strong>Desired technical qualifications/knowledge within some of the mentioned fields</strong></p><ul> <li>Google apps in business environments</li> <li><!-- --><!-- -->Exchange</li> <li>Lync</li> <li>Office 365</li> <li>Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, VBS etc…)</li></ul><p><span style="font-size:12px"><strong>Company offers</strong></span></p><ul> <li>Be a apart of talented and highly motivated team developing a world-class product</li> <li>Exciting challenges in one of Scandinavia's largest IT environments</li> <li>A great place to develop your skills</li></ul><p> </p><p>Confidentiality guaranteed.
