We have grown over 340 IT professionals in a year and that is the fastest growth of an IT organization in Lithuania ever.</p></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" class="jobadPosition" align="left"><b itemprop="title">CHANGE & RELEASE MANAGER IN IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT</td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" class="jobadDescription" itemprop="description"><p><strong>Job description:</strong></p><ul> <li>IT Change Manager facilitates successful introduction of Changes to an IT system or environment.</li> <li>Definition of the change and release processes which are used by the IT development and infrastructure organization when handling new service, improvements or fix of trouble tickets.</li> <li>Responsibility for the preparation and quality assurance of reports and documentation to reflect the quality output of the change &amp; release management area.</li> <li>Have an overall focus on optimizing processes and achieving results in top class hereby also defining the structure of CAB meetings.</li> <li>Complex changes and processes within own area of competence as well as related areas.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>All duties are performed according to ITIL Operations processes</li> <li>Responsible for controlling the Lifecycle of all Changes.
