Oversee and manage all Inside Sales Initiatives</li> <li>Work with executive management to create and agree on Inside Sales program goals and strategy</li> <li>Create real and measurable business results, achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets</li> <li>Track pipeline and close deals for specific agreed upon revenue goals</li> <li>Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, measuring performance against pre-established business metrics</li> <li>Collaborate with Marketing to drive the creation and utilization of sales collateral as well as demand generation programs and campaigns that drive Inside Sales revenue</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul> <li>5+ years in B2B related sales experience</li> <li>Experience running an inside sales organization comprising of over 20 team members</li> <li>Experience with evaluating and transforming inside sales groups in order to maximize revenues</li></ul>Characteristics:<ul> <li>Commitment to excellence, high integrity, high energy, team player</li> <li>Inspirational leader who is able to coach, develop, and motivate a team</li> <li>Strong collaboration and indirect influence skills</li> <li>Strong focus on customer and partner experience while establishing and developing long term, lasting relationships</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proven experience to make an immediate impact</li> <li>Great English skills, both written and verbal</li></ul>&nbsp;Our focus is growth, but our relationships with our client base is just as important.
