The Parent is a London, UK based advisor to a real estate private equity fund with USD 100m of firm equity commitments.</p><p>The Company is seeking <strong>a</strong> <strong>Junior Analyst</strong> to provide financial modelling, analytics, market research and reporting services to the Parent.   </p><p><strong><em>Typical projects will include:</em></strong></p><ol> <li>Cash flow modelling of real estate transactions</li> <li>Credit analysis of tenants</li> <li>Real estate sector specific market research and reports</li> <li>Economic research summaries and reports</li> <li>General report preparation: <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"> <li>Compiling statistical summaries</li> <li>Preparation of presentations</li> </ol> </li> <li>Document review: <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"> <li>Confidentiality agreements</li> <li>Corporate resolutions</li> <li>Other general documents</li> </ol> </li> <li>Transaction due diligence review and summary: <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"> <li>Legal</li> <li>Property</li> <li>Environmental</li> <li>Others as required</li> </ol> </li> <li>Ongoing investment monitoring, valuations and analysis: <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"> <li>Performance as against business plan</li> <li>Investee compliance with agreements</li> </ol> </li></ol><p><strong><em>Preferred candidates are likely to possess:</em></strong></p><ul> <li>A bachelor's degree in economics, finance, maths, business management or science (physics, chemistry)</li> <li>A track record of high academic achievement</li> <li>Experience in financial services or in another industry where frequent quantitative and qualitative analysis has been required would be considered as advantage</li> <li>Strong English skills</li> <li>Strong Excel skills</li> <li>An interest in commercial real estate.
