The company is looking for an OFFICE MANAGER in Vilnius.</p></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" class="jobadPosition" align="left"><b itemprop="title">OFFICE MANAGER</td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" class="jobadDescription" itemprop="description"><p><strong>Job duties:</strong></p><ul> <li>Conduct negotiations and resolve administrative issues (office rental, communication services, utility payments, office supply procurement contracts etc.);</li> <li>Draft and amend the organization's foundation documents;</li> <li>Develop/reorganize the organization's internal document flow;</li> <li>Ensure that the draft orders, instructions, regulations and other legal documents submitted for the signature of the head of the organization comply with applicable law;</li> <li>Work on contracts with counterparties, including the following: determine the contractual relationship form; draft agreements; verify that the draft agreements submitted by counterparties comply with applicable law; resolve differences over draft agreements; ensure notary certification or state registration of certain types of agreements;</li> <li>Coordinate the processes to obtain licenses and permits required to conduct the organization's activities, preparing the necessary documents</li> <li>Coordinate the preparation of documents to ensure the safety of organization's property (liability agreements, instructions, etc.);</li> <li>Human resources, namely: ensure the legality of employees' hiring, dismissal and transfer, impose disciplinary sanctions, ensure the accuracy of labor contracts with employees, including foreigners. Coordinate the employment of foreigners, including the legalization of all required documents, support of their legalization with all relevant services (Center for Educational Quality Assessment ("Studijų kokybės vertinimo centras" or SKVC), the Employment Service and the Migration Service);</li> <li>Assist the organization's Executive Director and the Finance Manager in representing the organization's interests during the inspections by state supervisory authorities;</li> <li>Interact with lawyers to verify the validity and the correctness of the inspections' findings, process the results of inspections;</li> <li>Advise the organization's employees on various administrative matters;</li> <li>Coordinate tenders, ensure the compliance of tender documentation to the legal requirements.
