The Danish Mortgage model is internationally recognized as one of the best in the world. The team in Vilnius will join the Real Estate Finance teams in Denmark and India. All systems are “homemade” (own developed) as it is not possible to buy a standard Mortgage System as the Mortgage Model is unique to Denmark.</p><p><span style="line-height: 1.6;">We do not only work with loans – we support the Danish society with funding in almost everything from family houses over factories and wind turbines – a large part of Denmark is financed through loans running through our IT systems.</span></p><p><span style="line-height: 1.6;">We are establishing a high performing problem management team of 8 people to support our customers. We are looking for application support specialist / developer with various experience. We have opportunities available for Junior as well as Senior specialists.</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The team will focus on two aspects:</p><ul><li>Reactive problem management to analyze the reasons for incidents and to develop proposals and solutions on avoiding those reasons.</li><li>Preventive problem management to ensure the prevention of incidents before they occur and before they become major incidents.
