You will collaborate with the broader range of teams to bring the best solutions within enterprise messaging, data virtualization, Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), cloud computing, and more. We'll need you to have excellent communication and people skills, as you'll be a crucial part of the internal customers experience and serve as trusted advisor.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Analyze and develop technology roadmaps for middleware solutions based on business needs.</li> <li>Coordinate with vendors and support team on solution design issues and upgrades.</li> <li>Identify and apply innovative cloud technologies to update existing middleware.</li> <li>Proactively document processes and eliminate identified process gaps.</li> <li>Work together with different business units to develop the engineering design to support the business and operational requirements for standard systems as well as enhance existing systems.
