You act in close co-operation with Category managers, Legal and Finance department, Warehouse, Supply Chain.</p><p><strong style="line-height: 1.6;">Individual accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Issue purchase order to supplier based on information in purchase request and category instructions, thus ensuring availability of goods and services</li><li>Procurement stakeholder support regarding day to day transactional topics related to order processing</li><li>Produce operative reports</li><li>Prepare relevant documentation for procurement reports</li><li>Assist with supplier contract management</li><li>Other administrative tasks relating to purchasing</li><li>Content and catalog updating in e-procurement tools</li><li>Accounts payables interface in invoice issue resolution</li><li>Produce, edit and update content of procurement topics on intranet and procurement websites</li><li>Maintaining procurement master data in accordance to OTK MDG guidelines</li><li>Establish and maintain Supplier master files</li><li>Resolve procurement master data discrepancies</li><li>Liaise with category management on changes with master data</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or logistics</li><li>Experience of purchasing, logistics or other supply chain related tasks (preferably in steel industry) would be considered as a big advantage</li><li>Advanced level understanding of procurement and sourcing methods</li><li>Advanced skills in E-auction/sourcing tools and SAP</li><li>Fluent in English; German, Swedish and Finnish are considered as an asset</li></ul><p><strong>Company offers</strong></p><p>We are offering you an interesting and challenging position, good career opportunities and benefits in a global environment.</p><p>If you’re interested, please send your CV in English to <strong>lz[eta]afr.lt</strong>  with subject <strong>“JUNIOR BUYER”</strong>.
