The department is responsible for overall state of the IT systems and monitoring of whole Danske Bank IT estate 24/7. Collaborative approach and dynamic environment creates great opportunities of learning and gaining valuable experience as well as meeting knowledgeable and friendly colleagues.</p><p><strong>Application Support Specialist</strong></p><p>Application Support team provides support and maintenance of applications and systems that are critical for Danske Bank. In Application Support Specialist role, you will proactively ensure stability and high availability of applications/systems across multiple platforms by collaborating with various infrastructure teams responsible for networks, servers, middleware and security. You will be driving batch surveillance and will participate in resolving crises from the moment an error occurred until it is resolved. To achieve this, you will have to maintain and utilize various monitoring tools to identify faults and ensure their timely resolution to prevent any stability issues.
