Additionally Team Lead monitors real time metrics, analyzes team KPI / performance metrics, and team behavior while serving as leader and as a point of contact for escalated contact resolution of a supervisory nature.PRIMARY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul> <li>Time management oversight for a Team of 10+.</li> <li>Workforce management oversight &ndash; attendance, timesheet approval.</li> <li>Coordinate, manage and monitor many workflows to meet expected turn-around times.</li> <li>Monitor performance, implement improvements and administer corrective actions.</li> <li>Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.
