As Service Manager you are responsible for all daily operational service management related activities, such as service performance reporting, budgeting, cost follow-up, invoice verification, vendor and contract management. You will ensure services are available to business according to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA), facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure that minor developments are delivered on time. You are also responsible for continuous improvement and for supporting the application rationalization & service harmonization activities within your service area.
