At the moment, we are looking for a Graphic Designer with digital and HTML background to design brand marketing materials for the Western Union&rsquo;s US marketing team&rsquo;s consumer initiatives.Reporting to the US-based marketing team via the Director of Brand Management, you will execute the work that supports our regional marketing teams as well as work cross-functionally with other departments.The role requires strong software skills in digital design and a deep understanding of graphic design fundamentals, coupled with the ability to manage tight project timelines and deliverables. Good interpersonal skills, ability to pro-actively manage design revisions based on client feedback team spirit and passion for excellence are key. You will be expected to ensure that all asset output meets high brand standards and includes relevant graphics and visuals. Portfolio presentation is required.About youYou will be working with global stakeholder/account manager and creative team developing visually compelling assets for multiple media channels in multiple countries around the world.An ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:Be highly creative and imaginative;A degree in Graphic Design or a background in Web Design;Proficiency in/knowledge of HTML coding and CSS;Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop);Experience in designing creative visual assets for digital channels including the web and social media;Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple assignments;Ability to use constructive feedback to improve your work, skills and habits;Ability to articulate and present creative concepts and design rationales;Ability to work under pressure and perform within tight deadlines, without comprising design;Sense of humor, positive outlook, and able to effectively receive and communicate feedback;Good English language skills;Experience in video production and editing are desirable assets.What we offerOngoing learning and career development opportunities with the ability to be involved in process improvements, initiatives and project work.
