Your main task is to assist (SEB) bank employees in resolving their daily IT issues. Your main tools are phone, remote desktop control and Knowledge management database. Responsibilities for this role include troubleshooting hardware and software, managing accounts and passwords and registration of tickets.</span></p><p><strong>Functions and responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>take full ownership of incidents from the escalation moment to resolution;</li> <li>ensure all outgoing internal/external communication to be constant, professional to the customer, stakeholders, management;</li> <li>to be able to deliver feedback to colleagues in SEB IT;</li> <li>build strong relationships with other IT support teams;</li> <li>proactive Problem management process within Service Desk area, analyzing incidents raised in the Service Desk.</li></ul><p><strong>What we expect:</strong></p><ul> <li>very good English (both spoken and written) and Swedish (spoken) language skills;</li> <li>good knowledge of MS Office and Windows 7 (Windows XP);</li> <li>sophisticated customer service management skills and experience;</li> <li>excellent collaboration and communication skills;</li> <li>efficient multitasking and correct prioritization;</li> <li>engagement and motivation to help other people;</li> <li>1st line Service Desk or Call Center experience (advantage);</li> <li>experience in ticket handling (advantage);</li> <li>knowledge and understanding of working with ITIL-processes (advantage).</li></ul><p><strong><em>Your working language will be English and Swedish.</em></strong></p><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul> <li>friendly, professional team of people to work with in an international environment;</li> <li>work in stable organization with high business standards and ethical values;</li> <li>training, support and opportunity for professional growth;</li> <li>a company that genuinely cares about you;</li> <li>competitive remuneration package.</li></ul><p><strong>Application</strong></p><p>Interested?
