You will work closely with different inhouse teams in a multinational company.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Manage and implement the front end aspects of our product</li> <li>Participate in UI/UX wireframes and mockups and translate them into code</li> <li>Bridge the gap between user needs, wireframes and technical limitations</li> <li>Decide how to overcome the challenges associated with competing priorities: aesthetics, UX, page performance and SEO</li> <li>Work closely with stakeholders and senior executives to define new and exciting product features that will help us build great features that our customers love</li></ul><p> </p><h3>You are a good fit if</h3><ul> <li>You have a relevant university degree and/or equivalent working experience.</li> <li>You have at least 2 years of experience working as a front-end developer</li> <li>You can't wait for the next big thing so you're already using ES6, ES7, or TypeScript</li> <li>Words like latency, http2, spdy sound familiar to you</li> <li>You think that web components are the future of the web, you know why Angular2 will be superior to Angular1 and how it compares to ReactJs, Ember, Backbone</li> <li>You're excited about new developments in the Javascript world and have a constant desire to improve your skills through self-learning</li> <li>You care about users and creating usable products.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Our current stack</h3><p>On the front-end, we serve single-page apps using AngularJS for the views, organize the server-side with Node.js in TypeScript, write e2e tests with Protractor and unit tests with sinon, chai and mocha. Our build tooling is built around Gulp and we do multiple deployments per week. We use a hybrid version of Bootstrap styles mixed with hand-built Sass stylesheets.</p><h3>What we offer</h3><p>Competitive salary (above market rate for the right person) and good hardware required for the job.
