Now they are expanding their young and energetic team in Kaunas and looking for: </p></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" class="jobadPosition" align="left"><b itemprop="title">Logistics coordinator</td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2" class="jobadDescription" itemprop="description"><p><strong>Job information</strong></p><ul><li>Forward the purchase orders to producers in Asia and Europe.</li><li>Follow up with order confirmations to the customer.</li><li>Keep track that deliveries are done in correct time from producers.</li><li>Check packing lists and Invoices from producer before shipping.</li><li>Prepare and make invoicing to customer.</li><li>Communicate with customer on opening of LC for payments to producers.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Work experience with production import/export.</li><li>Work experience with international freight by sea and air.</li><li>Knowledge of documents needed between 3rd countries and EU/EEA.</li><li>Very good English language skills.</li><li>Expert user of excel.</li><li>Good organizational skills and attention to the details.</li></ul><p><strong>Company offers</strong></p><ul><li>International Nordic team and friendly environment.</li><li>Opportunity to develop your own role in the company.</li><li>Opportunity to learn and develop professional skills.</li></ul><p><span style="line-height: 1.6;">If you’re interested, please send your CV in English to ag[eta]afr.lt  with subject “Logistics coordinator”.
